The mission of the Defense Industrial Business Conference (DIBCON) is to magnify the message originating from the annual Defense Manufacturing Conference (DMC) outwards to the thousands of small and medium-sized manufacturers (SMMs) that seek to become engaged with the Department of Defense in support of sustaining our nation’s military.
