Our Free, Open-Format Q&A Session Keeps Growing

Something is happening with 15 Minutes with FutureFeed. More and more of you are showing up – end-users and partners alike – and lately the “15 minutes” has become a polite fiction: sessions have been running 45 minutes to an hour, because nobody wants to leave while there’s still good stuff on the table.

Here’s why – and what to expect if you join us.

The idea behind it

There’s a pattern we see constantly in CMMC: a contractor gets stuck on a single question – Does this control apply to us? Is our scoping right? What does the assessor actually expect to see? – and that one question quietly stalls everything behind it. Days become weeks. The POA&M ages. The deadline doesn’t move.

Most of those questions take a few minutes to answer. You just have to ask someone who knows. That’s the entire idea behind this session.

What to expect

15 Minutes with FutureFeed is a free, live, open-format session where you bring your questions – any questions – and we bring the people who can answer them. No script, no slideware marathon, no sales pitch dressed up as a webinar. It’s your chance to ask us anything.

In the room with you:

  • FutureFeed expertise – the people who build and run the platform nearly 1,500 Defense Industrial Base contractors rely on
  • Customer support – for the practical, “how do I actually do this” questions
  • CCAs, CCPs, and other compliance resources – credentialed practitioners who work in the CMMC ecosystem every day

Whether your question is about a specific NIST SP 800-171 requirement, how to structure your assessment evidence, what a partner engagement should look like, or which button to click – there’s someone on the call who has answered it before.

And the conversation runs both ways: attendees often get sneak peeks at features before they ship, and what comes up in these sessions influences what we build next.

Who keeps showing up

When we started this, we expected a handful of customers with support questions. What’s happened instead is that the audience keeps growing – and it’s growing in two directions at once.

End-users come with implementation questions: scoping, evidence, policies, the realities of getting assessment-ready while still running a business.

Partners – MSPs, MSSPs, vCISOs, RPOs, and consultants – come with delivery questions: how to manage compliance across a portfolio of clients, how to standardize their practice, how to scale without burning out their best people.

The two groups make each other smarter. End-users hear how experienced practitioners think about a problem. Partners hear, unfiltered, what contractors are actually struggling with. Some of the best exchanges happen between attendees, not just between attendees and us.

Why now

You don’t need us to tell you that the CMMC certification deadline is in November and assessor capacity is finite. Every week a question sits unanswered is a week you don’t get back.

This session was built for exactly that math. Fifteen minutes is a small bet. The downside is fifteen minutes – well, lately a bit more. The upside is unsticking something that’s been blocking your program for a month.

How to join

  • It’s free.
  • It’s open – customers, partners, and anyone working toward CMMC compliance are welcome.
  • Come with a question, or just come and listen. Plenty of attendees get their answer from someone else’s question.
