Q2 2026 Partner Webinar: Recap & What’s New

Our new Teramis CUI-discovery partnership, partner economics, fresh platform releases, and what’s coming next – the full briefing for partners who couldn’t make the live session.

01 · Headline Announcement

Teramis – purpose-built CUI discovery

Teramis is a purpose-built Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) discovery tool. It defines your boundary and answers the three questions every scoping conversation starts with: do you have CUI, where is it, and who can access it? Importantly, Teramis does not move or display CUI – it locates and classifies it in place.

How it works

  • Agents do the scanning – open a file, classify it, close it, and return only the file name plus the finding. They run on-premise, so file contents never leave the environment.
  • The Monitor orchestrates targets, agents, and reporting.
  • Out-of-the-box targets: anything reachable via File Explorer (local and network drives), plus authenticated cloud scans of Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Local drives Network drives Exchange SharePoint OneDrive

Findings render as a heat map that turns raw results into a plan: make the enclave-versus-enterprise scope decision, prune the CUI footprint branch by branch for remediation, and let ongoing monitoring catch new spillage.

Accuracy

99.95%
accuracy on marked CUI

High confidence without flooding you with false positives. Teramis also surfaces lower-confidence mediums and lows as “maybe CUI – review this,” so nothing quietly slips through.

Three ways it earns revenue

01
Scoping license

Define the boundary up front.

02
Migration services

Help clients consolidate and relocate CUI.

03
Ongoing spillage management

Turn a reportable incident into a managed vulnerability.

Teramis scales linearly with agents across four tiers: Scoping, Annualized, Enterprise (a 5-agent bundle), and Enterprise Plus (essentially unlimited). Mac/Apple environments are supported via professional services rather than out of the box.

02 · Partner Economics

20% recurring – on every deal, every renewal

Partners earn a 20% recurring discount on every deal – FutureFeed and add-ons like Teramis alike – on the first sale and on every renewal after. For an active book of business, that compounds to roughly $10,000 a year in recurring margin.

Limited-time · Teramis SPIFF · through July 31, 2026

A salesperson bonus paid on top of your 20% recurring commission:

  • $500 on a standard Teramis deal (~$4,200/yr)
  • $1,500 on deals of $25K+ – plus the 20% recurring
